In a nutshell, we do everything we can to leave you feeling delighted with your experience with Relent clothing. Everything below is a legal guideline but we can often be more flexible, we have a strong desire to leave you thrilled and delighted and work on the basis of achieving this. However please be aware that Relent clothing products are one offs and are hand finished so we ask for a little more time to deliver your beautifully designed hand made garments to fulfil your order.

By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions set out below. If you are unhappy with any aspect of these, then please contact us at info@relentclothing.com before placing an order with us. However Ordering from this site is acceptance of these Terms and Conditions set out below.

Our website found under the URL www.relentclothing.com operated by Relent Clothing Limited (“Relent Clothing ”) is registered at Rose Cottage, Windle Hill, Back Lane, Sutton on the Hill, Ashbourne, Derbyshire (company registration number 10954118). All references to “we”, “us” and “our” shall be deemed to be references to Relent Clothing and references to “you” and “your” shall be deemed to be references to persons placing an order via this website.

Mail order / Online Retailing – Terms and Conditions

By using our website, placing an order for garments electronically or by telephone you confirm your agreement to the following terms and conditions.

Conditions

1. An order for garments placed by you, the buyer through our website or over the telephone shall be subject to these terms and conditions.
2. All other terms and conditions, express or implied by statute or otherwise, are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by jurisdiction of the British courts of law.
3. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall affect the statutory rights of any consumer.
4. All items at Relent Clothing are exchange only. By using our website, placing an order for garments electronically or by telephone you confirm your agreement to our Refund Policy. 

Orders

1. All orders for garments shall be deemed to be an offer by you, the buyer, to purchase garments pursuant to these terms and conditions.
2. You, the buyer, shall be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the details provided on the order form / over the telephone and we will not be obliged to accept an order unless all details requested have been entered correctly.
3. No order submitted by you, the buyer, shall be deemed to be accepted by us unless and until we confirm acceptance of your order by email (where applicable) or telephone.
4. We are entitled to refuse any order placed by you and will not be required to provide an explanation.

Garments and conformity of goods

1. The garments may differ slightly from the images shown on the website. Every care is taken to ensure that the description, specification and pricing of all products shown on our website and in our catalogues is correct. The product information and specification provided is not binding, but is carefully considered and intended to give a general description of each product. While the colour reproduction of each product is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the differences in browser software. Relent clothing will act immediately to correct any error identified and are under no legal obligation to honour a price displayed in error.
2. All item(s) must be returned pre paid in the exact same condition as it was sent out. Any item we feel has been worn or distressed will be returned back to you at your cost, the buyer and a exchange will not be given.
3. All items must be returned within the 7 days from date of delivery to you otherwise no exchange will be possible.

Price and Payment

1. The price of the garments will be the price quoted on the website at the date the order is received.
2. We reserve the right, by giving notice to you, the buyer, at any time before delivery to increase the price of the garments to reflect any increase in cost to us, which is due to any factor beyond our control.
3. In the unlikely event costs may increase, you, the buyer shall be entitled to cancel the order at any time before delivery.

Payment

1. Relent Clothing accept most major credit cards including Mastercard, Visa, Delta, Maestro, apple pay, Solo and American Express. We also accept payment via Paypal. All prices displayed are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate. When we provide any garments to you, the buyer, under these terms and conditions, payment will be charged to the account provided by you on the website order form/ email / telephone.
2. By placing an order, you, the buyer, consent to payment being charged to the account provided.
3. Title to the garments will pass to you, the buyer, on payment in full of the price of the garments.
4. We will issue you a confirmation email once your garments have been dispatched.

Delivery

1. The garments will be delivered to you, the buyer, at the address provided by you on the order form / email / over the telephone.
2. The risk in the garments shall pass to you upon such delivery taking place
3. Any dates quoted for delivery of the garments are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the garments however caused. If however we are unable to deliver your garments by the date quoted for delivery you, the buyer shall be entitled to cancel the order at any time before delivery takes place.
4. We are able to deliver to most global locations but if you do not live within the UK please contact us for all order enquiries.

5. Please note, all international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities. Please check your local customs website for more information. All duties and taxes are liable and payable by you, the buyer and not Relent Clothing.

The contents of these pages (including pictures, designs, logos, photographs, text written and other materials) are the copyright trademark or registered trademark of Relent Clothing or its content and technology providers or their respective owners.

INFORMATION ABOUT YOU

When you order, we need to have your name, e-mail address, card number and card expiry date. Without this information we will not be able to process your request or notify you of acceptance of your order. A contact telephone number is also required so that we may contact you urgently if there is a problem with your order.

When you register or place an order with us you can select whether you would like to be sent notification of special orders, promotions and other correspondence from us via email and post. If you would like to receive these notifications, please select the relevant tick box at the basket/checkout page. If, in the past, you have chosen to be notified and you no longer wish to receive correspondence from us please send an email to info@relentclothing.com and we will update your preferences.

We follow a tight security procedure as required under UK Data Protection Legalisation (the Data Protection Act 1998) to protect the information that we store about you from unauthorised access. Our secure payment is via the highly respected paypal online payment system.

We will not pass to third-parties any information about you for their own marketing purposes.

1. Access to customer account information is limited to those who need access for the performance of their job.
2. We use full login and password controls on our sales control system.
3. All full and part-time employees are required to sign a confidentiality clause as part of their terms of employment with the company.
4. Confidentiality and database access controls are reviewed periodically and updated as required to further protect your personal data.

No person who is not a party to these terms and conditions shall have any right to enforce any term under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999. Nothing in these conditions is intended nor shall affect any of your statutory rights that may not be legally excluded.

Third Party Information

We cannot be held responsible for material displayed on third party websites or any other written material. The only prices that apply for Relent Clothing products are those stated on the Relent Clothing material.

These Terms and Conditions and your use of our website are governed by English law and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English court. This does not affect your non-excludable statutory rights.

This website and our Terms and Conditions have been designed for use within the United Kingdom and under UK law. Whilst we are happy to consider requests for products and enquiries from outside the United Kingdom, we give no warranty, express or implied, that the use of this website or the placing of any order through this website from outside the UK complies with any applicable non-UK laws or regulations.
