At Relent Clothing we deliver everything next day as always, if we don't have the specific item in stock, we will ship within 5 days. Nevertheless, if the item is/isn't in stock we aim to have all orders made and posted out within a 1-5 day time scale.
We always hold stock for what you see online, Swimwear and T-shirts, so you will always receive next day delivery Free of charge (U.K).
For any special orders that need to be posted in a shorter period of time please do not hesitate to email us firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try and work something out for you.
Once your order has been placed we ship your garment as quickly as possible. Our turn around is simply based on how many orders we have, each order will be completed fairly in the order in which we receive them.
As soon as we have completed your order we will send an email confirmation notifying you, your item is on the way with a tracking number. So please ensure when ordering with us you provide us with all the correct details so we are able to keep in contact with you.

Relent clothing is a UK brand offering unique, high quality, clothing only available on this site.
We recognise at Relent Clothing that our items are to a standard UK sizing and not made to measure. As soon as an order is placed costs are incurred to us immediately, if the item is not the correct size, please email us at email@example.com and we will sort out an exchange for a different size. Please note, we do not accept returns for swimwear, bottles, towels or bags due to hygiene reasons.
In the event that you buy an item which doesn’t fit or isn’t suitable for yourself, we will be more then happy to exchange any unworn item(s) for another size or different item altogether as long as it's the same price (or more) than the garment you have already purchased. All exchangeable items must be returned within 7 days of receipt. Please check the sizing guide tab listed with each item for sizing confirmation.

All items at Relent Clothing are posted 1st Class signed for via Royal Mail or by reputable couriers such as tnt, dhl, parcel force and a tracking number sent you you.
These services work to a 1-3 days time scale for uk deliveries, this time scale is based on when the item is posted NOT when its ordered.
A signature is required on receipt of the garment; if nobody is available to sign for the parcel, a card will be left with information on how to arrange redelivery or collection.
Relent Clothing will notify you via email when your item has been dispatched along with a tracking number.
At Relent Clothing we offer a global service of posting our items to all countries. Our system works out the international delivery charge once you have entered the delivery address and items take 5-10 days to be delivered via Royal Mail. This is a fully traceable service and a signature will be required on receipt of the parcel; if no body is available to sign for the parcel, a card will be left with information on how to arrange redelivery or collection.
However, Please note Relent Clothing cannot take any responsibility for any Tax or Duties charged by customs and this is down to you, the buyers discretion so please take this in to consideration before purchasing with us.
